Why I Built CareerSetu
I started CareerSetu because I kept meeting brilliant students — and worried parents — making one of life's biggest decisions with almost no clarity. Streams, courses, colleges, careers... the choices felt endless, and most of the advice they received was either generic or someone else's opinion.
After 15+ years across IT, training and 1-on-1 coaching, I realized the real gap wasn't information — it was a structured, scientific way to understand the student first, and then map the right path. So I built CareerSetu around exactly that: assessments that decode the individual, and mentorship that turns insight into a real plan.
Today, every conversation I have with a student or parent is anchored in one belief — your career should be chosen on purpose, not by accident. That's what we promise here.
